IR피칭은 쇼맨십과 스토리텔링으로 투자자를 사로잡아야 합니다. 하지만 이 단계에서 많은 창업가들이 좌절 합니다.

매달 개최되는 포디움스타는 창업가에게 검증된 심사위원 앞에서 피칭할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다.

IR피칭은 5분간 진행되며, 내용 전달(무대매너, 프레젠테이션 디자인)과 스토리텔링이 주된 심사 기준입니다.

매달 선정된 우승 기업은 주최사와 후원사가 준비한 특별한 상과 함께 연말에 진행되는 ‘서울피칭데이’에 참여 할 수 있는 기회가 주어집니다.

3월 27일(수) 오후 6시, '구글캠퍼스서울'에서 진행된 첫 포디움스타는 국내 최초 프레젠테이션 컨설팅 전문기업, (주)파워피티가 주최하며, 'Techstars', 'Kakao Ventures', 'Google Ventures', 'G3 Partners'가 후원했습니다.

<행사 진행 순서>

18:00 - 환영사 및 소개
18:30 - 피칭 경연
19:30 - 애프터파티 (피자&맥주 제공)

One of the most critical challenges facing startups is fundraising. But pitching to investors is an art form, requiring excellent showmanship and storytelling to captivate an audience. Unfortunately, this is where many startups fail.

Podium Star is a monthly pitch competition that gives startups the opportunity to pitch in front of an audience and panel of qualified judges. Five minute investor pitches are judged with a focus on storytelling and delivery, then given constructive feedback. Each month’s winner receives a prize and qualifies to pitch at Seoul Pitch Day at the end of the year.

<Order of events are as follows:>
17:45 - Registration
18:00 - Welcome and Introductions
18:30 - Pitch competition
19:45 - After party (with food & drinks)

Pitches will be delivered in English, but are not judged on English fluency. Pitches will be judged on delivery (including stage presence and deck design), storytelling, and business idea.
